To begin your custom handbag, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping or delivery.

Currently, we only accept payments via Zelle.

Each handbag is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Our typical turnaround time is 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

All of our handbags are made to order and crafted entirely by hand. Once a design is approved, it is considered final. Any post-approval changes may incur additional charges or cause delays.

Our designer will reach out to confirm and finalize all design details before shipping.

Delawa Designers retains full intellectual property rights to all original designs. We reserve the right to feature finished products on our website, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Our handbags are made with premium materials, including genuine leather and suede. Please note:

• prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight.
